1. General Terms
All transactions are processed through our secure WooCommerce platform.
By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided (including billing and shipping details) is accurate and complete.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or violations of these terms.
2. Digital Products (eBooks)
All eBooks are delivered digitally and available for download immediately after purchase.
All eBook sales are final. Due to the nature of digital goods, no returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted once the product has been downloaded.
Please ensure your device supports the file format before purchasing.
3. Print-on-Demand Merchandise
Our physical products are fulfilled by Printful, a third-party print-on-demand provider. We design the products, but Printful handles all production, shipping, and returns. Please note the following:
Production & Shipping
Products are made to order and generally ship within 2–7 business days after fulfillment.
Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Once your order is placed, fulfillment and shipping cannot be modified.

Wrong Address & Unclaimed Packages
If you provide an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the reshipping cost once the order is returned.
Unclaimed packages returned to Printful may incur additional shipping fees if re-sent.
We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
4. Payments
We accept secure payments via major credit/debit cards and any additional methods listed at checkout. Prices are listed in USD.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, and product artwork on this site are the intellectual property of First Coast Romance Writers. You may not reproduce, sell, or distribute any content without written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. We are not responsible for any delays or issues caused by Printful’s fulfillment or shipping partners.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Florida.
