Physical Merchandise
All physical merchandise in our store is printed and shipped by Printful, a trusted third-party print-on-demand partner. Because each item is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse (e.g., ordering the wrong size, color, or changing your mind).
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective in any way, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [Your Support Email] with the following:
- A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
Once Printful verifies the issue, a replacement will be shipped at no additional cost or a refund may be issued where appropriate.
Wrong Address
If the address you provided was incorrect, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping after the package is returned to Printful. We are not responsible for items lost due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
Unclaimed Packages
Packages returned to Printful due to being unclaimed or undeliverable will result in additional shipping charges if reshipment is requested. If not reshipped, items will not be refunded.
Digital Products (eBooks)
All eBook purchases are final.
Due to the nature of digital downloads, eBooks are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. Once your purchase is complete, you will receive immediate access to download your product.
